Guidelines & Policies -
Hazardous Waste Guidelines
For the safety of your family, your neighbors and our crews, please DO
NOT put the following items in your household trash:
-
Fireplace or barbecue ashes (fire hazard)
-
Medical waste
-
Pool chemicals
-
Dead animals
-
Automotive oil or antifreeze
-
Car or truck batteries
-
Firearms, shells or explosives
-
Toilet and drain cleaners
-
Pesticides
-
Small batteries
-
Paint, paint thinners and solvents
Due to the hazardous, toxic, flammable or non-biodegradable nature of the
above items, they cannot be collected by the regular route truck. Please call us or
your local county government for guidance in safe disposal of the above items we are not
allowed to pick up.
Recycling Guidelines
We can recycle the following materials:

Aluminum cans - rinse and crush 1st
-
Newspaper - newsprint only
-
Steel cans - rinse and remove lids
-
Plastic - only milk jugs, water bottles and soda sized
bottles
We can not recycle these materials:
Please place recycling bins at the curb, regardless of the type of service
you receive. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen bins. Replacement
cost is $10.00.
Billing Information

Customers are billed quarterly in advance
-
Payment is due upon receipt
-
Accounts not paid within 30 days are subject to a finance
charge
-
Past due accounts are subject to termination of service if
payment is not received by the end of the first month of the service quarter
-
If there is an error on your account, please contact our
office immediately.

Invalid credit card information or checks returned due to
insufficient funds will incur a $25.00 charge
-
If you are moving or wish to terminate service, please
contact our office immediately.
Billing Policy
-
Payment Plans - Robertson is now offering VISA,
MasterCard, and electronic payment plans. Request a Payment Plan
Application by calling your local office. Statements will continue to
arrive each quarter.

Cancellation Policy - Robertson accepts service
cancellations ONLY at the end of the quarterly service cycle. Please
call our office if you wish to cancel service.

Restarting Suspended Service - If your service has
been suspended due to a late payment, you MUST CALL your Robertson
Sanitation office to RESTART your service. To restart service, you
account must be made current and a $25.00 reinstatement fee must be paid.
Missed Pickups

If your trash is inadvertently missed, please call our
customer service department by noon the next day so we can correct the
error.

If you call after business hours, please the following
information in your message:

Inclement Weather
-
The safe operation of our service vehicles is one of our top
priorities. If we experience inclement weather, we will not jeopardize
the safety of the community or our employees.

We may postpone running our vehicles until management
determines that conditions have returned to normal and we can safely operate
our trucks.

Service may be delayed 1 - 2 days due to inclement
weather. Please have your trash out and we come get it as soon as
possible.
